§ 151.712 AS-BUILT PLANS.

The property owner or developer shall, within 60 days after the completion of construction, submit one set of electronic plans in CAD and PDF formats titled "As-Built" to the Village Engineer. The owner or developer's engineer shall certify the completion of the work is in accordance with the approved plans. If any changes to the approved plans occur, a list of these deviations shall be included with the certification.
