Careful thought and consideration shall be given regarding how to best preserve and enhance existing plant material and other natural features of the site when designing building sites, roadways, and other improvements. A professional engineer, licensed in Ohio, shall design any plans for water supply, and storm and sanitary sewers. Storm drainage improvements shall be designed in accordance with the Archbold Engineering Standards Manual. Water supply and sanitary sewers shall be designed in accordance with the 10-State Standards (GLUMRB) and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
