§ 151.501 GENERAL.
   These Regulations shall control the manner in which the road system is arranged to:
   (A)   Permit the safe, efficient, and orderly movement of traffic in anticipation of the needs of the present and future population.
   (B)   Have a simple and logical pattern.
   (C)   Discourage through-traffic in the interior of a subdivision.
   (D)   Include some extensions to the boundaries of the development to provide circulation to existing and future neighborhoods as needed.
   (E)   Respect natural features and topography.
   (F)   Present an attractive streetscape.
   (G)   Meet the requirements described in the Archbold Engineering Standards Manual.
