§ 151.403 CONFORMANCE TO APPLICABLE REGULATIONS.
   In addition to the requirements established in these Regulations, all development plans shall be consistent with the following:
   (A)   All applicable elements of the Village of Archbold Municipal Code of Ordinances.
   (B)   Any regulation of the State or Fulton County Health Department, and/or appropriate state agencies.
   (C)   The rules of the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) if the subdivision or any lot contained therein abuts a state highway per R.C. § 5511.01.
   (D)   The rules and regulations outlined by the Village of Archbold Water and Wastewater Departments.
