Failure to comply with the stated time limitations of these Regulations shall result in the expiration of the application and associated approvals. Before expiration, the applicant may provide a letter stating why their project cannot meet the pre-established timeframe. The applicant is solely responsible for knowing expiration dates and meeting or extending them in accordance with these Regulations. The Commission and Planning Director shall have no duty, obligation, or responsibility to remind or notify the applicant of approaching expiration dates.
