§ 151.108 VALIDITY AND SEPARABILITY.
   If any clause, provision, or portion of these Regulations shall be held invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect validity or legality of these Regulations as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part deemed invalid. These Regulations shall not interfere with other applicable laws, regulations, deed restrictions, covenant, or other private agreement, or with restrictive covenants running with the land to which the municipality is a party.
