(A) The Archbold Planning Commission derives its legal authority in the matter of regulating the subdivision and improvement of land from the following:
(1) The Ohio Revised Code including, but not limited to, the statutes contained in Chapters 711 and 713.
(2) The Village of Archbold Charter including, but not limited to, § 10.03.
(B) Whenever any provision of these Regulations refers to or cites a section of the Ohio Revised Code (as amended) and that section is later amended or superseded, these Regulations shall be deemed amended to comply with the updated section of the Ohio Revised Code applicable to these Regulations.
