§ 130.07 ADULT USE CANNABIS OPERATORS, ADULT USE CULTIVATORS, AND ADULT USE DISPENSARIES PROHIBITED.

(A) Adult use cannabis operators, adult use cultivators, and adult use dispensaries as defined by R.C. Chapter 3780, are prohibited from operating within the village.

(B) The growing of cannabis is prohibited on village owned property.
