§ 152.050 OFF-STREET LOADING REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   In any district, in connection with every building or part thereof having a gross floor area of 10,000 sq. ft. or more, which is to be occupied by manufacturing, storage, warehouse, retail, wholesale, hotel, hospital, mortuary, or other uses similarly requiring the receipt or distribution by vehicle or materials or merchandise, shall provide and maintain on the same lot at least one off-street loading space, plus one additional such loading space for each additional 20,000 sq. ft.
   (B)   Each loading space shall be no less than 14 feet in width, 45 feet in length.
   (C)   A lot abutting a public or private alley or access easement adjacent to a loading or parking area shall provide a parallel area of not less than 12 feet in width.
   (D)   The CBD "Core" sub-area shall be exempt from this requirement. The municipality may establish on street loading zones and specified hours for deliveries.
