(A) Corner lots. In all "R" Districts, lots having frontage on more than one street shall provide the required setback along the major traveled street and meet two-thirds of the front yard setback requirements on the other street.
(B) Dual frontage lots.
(1) Lots that have frontage on a street both in the rear and the front, inclusive of parcels under single ownership used for a single primary use, shall provide the required rear setback along the designated rear frontage.
(2) Fences within the rear setback shall not exceed three feet.
