(A) The Ohio Building Code of Ohio, Ohio Administrative Code §§ 4101:1, et seq., as promulgated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards and as may be amended from time to time, is hereby adopted as the Building Code of the Village of Archbold, Ohio for all construction within the jurisdiction of such code, expressly excluding therefrom all residential construction as set forth in Section 310.1 thereof now in effect.
(B) The Village of Archbold Building Department is hereby established.
(C) Said Department shall have full authority to enforce all laws, statutes and regulations as provided and authorized in the Ohio Revised Code and the Ohio Administrative Code pursuant to the certification approved by and certification rule adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards.
