The Municipality now existing in the County of Fulton, State of Ohio, and known as the Village of Archbold, shall continue to be a body politic and corporate. When the Municipality shall, under the Constitution and the laws of the State of Ohio, become a City, it shall be known as the City of Archbold. The provisions of this Charter shall apply whether this Municipality is a Village, or a City.
