§ 51.35 RESOLUTION OF DISPUTE FOR WATER SERVICE BILLING.
   In the event a customer disputes a bill with the village for water services provided, the customer shall, within ten days of receipt of the bill, notify the Village Administrator, in writing, that the bill is in dispute. The Village Administrator shall provide an opportunity for the customer to meet with the Village Administrator within seven days of receipt of the notice. At the meeting, the Village Administrator shall provide the customer a fair and reasonable opportunity for resolution of the billing dispute.
