§ 151.057 SIDEWALKS.
   Concrete sidewalks having a minimum width of four feet and having minimum thickness of four inches shall be installed along both sides of major streets or thoroughfares and along both sides of other streets, whenever the residential density of the subdivision or the surrounding area equals or exceeds three families per acre. In other instances, the Commission may require such sidewalks as it deems necessary to provide for the safety of pedestrians in walking to schools or other similar major destinations. Concrete sidewalks shall be constructed in conformance with the current Construction and Material Specifications of the Department of Highways, State of Ohio, as they pertain to this type of improvement.
