§ 50.01 DUMPING OF REFUSE.

(A) No person shall dump or put any refuse, trash or garbage of any kind on the property of anyone in the village for the purpose of refuse service pickup where the person is not a resident of the property.

(B) No person or resident of any property within the village shall permit any person who is not a resident of the property to dump or put any refuse, trash or garbage of any kind on the property for the purpose of refuse service pickup.
