§ 34.04 AUTHORIZING MONEY TO BE SPENT IN CASE OF WATER EMERGENCY.
   The Village Administrator and the Director of Finance are hereby authorized, jointly or severally, to spend unappropriated monies from the Water Fund in the event of a water crisis.
