The records and files of the State Tax Commission concerning the administration of this subchapter or of any state tax law shall be considered confidential and privileged except as otherwise provided for by 68 O.S. § 205, and neither the Tax Commission nor its employees nor any official or employee of the town charged with the custody of such records or files shall disclose any information therefrom.
