§ 34.26 REMITTANCE OF TAX; TAX BRACKETS.

   (A)   The tax herein levied shall be paid to the tax collector at the time and in the manner and form provided for payment of the State Sales Tax under the State Sales Tax Code.

   (B)   The bracket system shall be used for the collection of both the 3% Municipal Sales Tax and the 4.5% State Sales Tax.
