§ 33.04 FIREFIGHTER’S PENSION.
   For each member of the Volunteer Fire Department, the town shall deposit yearly with the State Firefighters Pension and Retirement Board the amount in accordance to state laws. Such contributions shall be reevaluated by the next scheduled actuarial study and the amount of contribution shall be adjusted accordingly.
