(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) If the Judge of the Municipal Court of the town is a licensed attorney and the trial is to the Court, the Court may impose a fine not to exceed $500.
(2) If the Judge is not a licensed attorney, the Court may impose a fine not to exceed $50.
