§ 32.44 CONTEMPT OF COURT.
   The Judge shall have power to enforce due obedience to orders, rules, and judgments made by him or her and may fine or imprison for contempt offered to the Judge while holding his or her Court or to process issued by him or her in the same manner and to the same extent as the State District Courts.
