§ 32.41 STYLE OF PROSECUTIONS.
   All prosecutions shall be by complaint subscribed by the complainant and verified before a Judge, Court Clerk, Deputy Court Clerk, or law enforcement officer. No warrant for arrest shall be issued until the complaint has been approved by the Municipal Judge. All prosecutions for the violation of municipal ordinances shall be styled, “The Town of Arapaho vs. (name of person(s) charged).”
