§ 32.40 WARRANTS OF ARREST.
   (A)   Except as may otherwise be provided herein, upon the filing of a complaint and approval by the Municipal Judge, there shall be issued a warrant of arrest in substantially the following form:
 
The Town of Arapaho, Oklahoma, to the Marshal of the Municipal Court of Arapaho, Oklahoma:
Complaint upon oath, having this day been made by (name of complainant) that the offense of (cite ordinance) has been committed and accusing (name of defendant(s)) thereof, you are commanded therefore forthwith to arrest the above named (name of defendant(s)) and bring (him, her, them) before me at my office at the Arapaho, Oklahoma, Municipal Court Room.
 
Witnessed my hand this _________day of ________, 20____.

   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Marshal of the Court to execute such warrant as promptly as possible either personally, through a duly constituted member of the police force of the town or through any other person lawfully authorized to act.
