§ 32.23 ATTORNEY.
   The Municipal Attorney or his or her duly designated assistant shall be the Prosecutor of the Municipal Court and shall be empowered to prosecute all alleged violations of the ordinances of the town and to prosecute and resist appeals and proceedings in error and review from the Court to any other courts of the state; he or she shall also be authorized to represent the town in all proceedings arising out of matters of the Court.
