§ 31.48 FAIR HOUSING BOARD.
   (A)   There is hereby created a Fair Housing Board for the town to assist in the enforcement of all municipal fair housing regulations and ordinances.
   (B)   The Town Board of Trustees shall serve as the Fair Housing Board of said community.
