§ 31.47 PARK BOARD.
   (A)   There is hereby created a Park Board, consisting of the five members of the Town Board of Trustees, who shall be responsible for the care, management, and control of all municipal parks and recreation areas.
   (B)   The Park Board may make such rules and regulations governing its operations as it may deem necessary.
