§ 31.46 CIVIL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
   (A)   The Civil Emergency Management Advisory Committee shall consist of the Mayor who shall serve as Committee Chairperson and five members appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Town Board of Trustees. Said members shall serve at the pleasure of the Town Board of Trustees.
   (B)   The Civil Emergency Management Advisory Committee shall select from its members a Vice-Chairperson and a Secretary.
   (C)   The Civil Emergency Management Advisory Committee shall hold such meetings as are directed by the Mayor or the Town Board of Trustees.
   (D)   The function of the Civil Emergency Management Advisory Committee shall be to act in an advisory capacity to and as needed or requested by the Mayor or the Town Board of Trustees.
