Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine and costs as provided for in § 10.99. Each day such violation is committed or continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense and be punishable as such. In addition, violation of any of the provisions hereof declared to be a public nuisance shall be a basis for injunction at the suit of the town or at the suit of any person, firm, or corporation adversely affected thereby.
