§ 155.02 POOLING OF LOTS OR BLOCKS.
   Nothing in this chapter shall prevent or be construed to prevent the pooling of lots or blocks of the town with land adjacent to and outside the corporate limits of the town for gas or oil wells drilled, maintained, or operated on any of such lots or blocks so pooled without compliance with this chapter.
