(A) General procedure; plat approval. For all cases of subdividing within the scope of these regulations, a plat of the land in question shall be drawn and submitted to the Planning Commission for approval or disapproval. All subdivisions located within the corporate limits of the town shall then be submitted to the Town Board for acceptance of public streets, alleys, and areas dedicated to public use.
(Prior Code, § 18-106)
(B) Official recording. No plat or other land subdivision instrument shall be filed in the office of the County Clerk until it shall have been approved by the Planning Commission and by the Town Board as hereinafter set forth. All final plats shall be filed within two years of the date of approval by the Planning Commission, and no lots shall be sold from any plat until approved by the Planning Commission and the Town Board approval, whichever is the later, and shall void all approval thereto.
