§ 153.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine and cost as provided for in § 10.99. Each day upon which such violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
