§ 153.66 ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS.
   (A)   All plumbing and electrical alterations or repairs in the park shall be made in accordance with applicable local regulations.
   (B)   Skirting of mobile homes is permissible but areas enclosed by such skirting shall be maintained so as not to provide a harborage for rodents or create a fire hazard.
   (C)   A permit issued by the Inspecting Officer shall be required before any construction on a mobile home space or any structural addition or alteration to the exterior of a mobile home takes place.
      (1)   No construction, addition, or alteration to the exterior of a mobile home located in a mobile home park shall be permitted unless of the same type of construction or materials as the mobile home affected. All such construction, additions, or alterations shall be in compliance with applicable local and state laws.
      (2)   No permit shall be required for the addition of steps, canopies, awnings, or antennas.
   (D)   No structure, other than a mobile home, shall be permitted on a mobile home space except one structure, not to exceed 175 cubic feet, to be used for storage may be allowed on each such space.
