§ 153.05 NONCONFORMING HOMES.
   A manufactured or mobile home placed and maintained on a tract of land and deemed to be a legal nonconforming use prior to the adoption of this chapter shall continue to be a legal nonconforming use. If the nonconforming use is discontinued, the land thereafter must be used in conformity with all provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.
