§ 153.04 NONRESIDENTIAL MOBILE TRAILERS.
   (A)   No nonresidential mobile trailers shall be permitted in the town unless a license for its operation is issued by the Inspection Officer.
   (B)   Such license shall specify the permitted use of the nonresidential mobile trailer, the location of such operation, and the termination date of the permit.
   (C)   No license shall be issued for a use which would violate any local, state, or federal ordinance, law, or regulation.
   (D)   An annual fee of $25 shall be charged for each nonresidential mobile trailer license; provided, no governmental or non-profit agency shall be charged for such a fee.
   (E)   Operation of nonresidential trailers by contractors or construction projects for which building permits have been issued or which are otherwise approved by governmental units is permitted during the term of such construction project without issuance of a license.
   (F)   This section shall not be construed as permitting or authorizing the permanent location of any nonresidential mobile trailer within the town.
