(A) No person shall erect, enlarge, construct, relocate, substantially improve, repair, place, alter, move, or demolish any building, structure, mobile or modular home, or other construction without first obtaining a separate building permit for each such building or structure from the office of the Town Clerk.
(B) The Town Board of Trustees shall establish policies and procedures for the application and issuance of building permits. Said policies and procedures shall be provided to applicants of building permits at the time application for permit is made.
(C) Fees for building permits shall be as established by the Town Board of Trustees.
