§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provisions of §§ 112.01, 112.02, and 112.15 through 112.20 shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine and cost as provided for in § 10.99. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. In addition to any fine or imprisonment, any license issued hereunder may be revoked.
   (C)   Any person who engages in any of the occupations taxed by §§ 112.15 through 112.20 without paying said occupation tax imposed therefor in advance of such operation is guilty of an offense against the town and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine, costs, and imprisonment as provided for in § 10.99. Each day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
   (D)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 112.20 shall be guilty of a criminal offense and shall be fined and/or imprisoned in accordance with § 10.99.
