§ 110.03 REVOCATION, SUSPENSION, AND EXPIRATION.
   (A)   Revocation. A license may be revoked by the Town Board of Trustees after adequate notice and opportunity for hearing if:
      (1)   The licensee is pursuing or engaging in a business or occupation in such a manner that he or she has created or is creating a public nuisance; or
      (2)   The licensee has committed a serious or repeated violation of state law or municipal ordinance.

   (B)   Suspension. A license may be suspended by the Town Board of Trustees in any case in which revocation action has been initiated. A suspension of license may remain in effect until the conclusion of the revocation action or for 45 days, whichever occurs first.

   (C)   Expiration. Any license issued by the Town Board shall expire one year after the date of issuance or on June 30 each year unless earlier specified.
