§ 96.02 VEHICLES TO KEEP RIGHT.
   All automobiles, vehicles, or equestrians (when meeting on the driveway in any park) shall keep to the right and also comply with all other requirements of the traffic ordinances of the town in the use of the driveways by automobiles or other vehicles.
