§ 94.02 PROHIBITED ACTS; NUISANCES; EXCEPTION.
   (A)   It is unlawful and an offense for any person to park, store, or leave or to permit parking, storing, or leaving of any junk vehicle of any kind which is in an abandoned, wrecked, dismantled, inoperative, rusted, junked, or partially dismantled condition, whether attended or not, upon private property within the town for a period of time in excess of 30 days.
   (B)   The presence of any junk vehicle, farm equipment, or any abandoned, wrecked, dismantled, inoperative, rusted, junked, or partially dismantled vehicle or boat or parts thereof on private property is hereby declared a public nuisance which may be abated as such in accordance with the provisions herein.
   (C)   The provisions listed above shall not apply to any vehicle or motor vehicle that is:
      (1)   Enclosed within a building on private property;
      (2)   Held in connection with a lawful business enterprise which is properly operated; or
      (3)   In operable condition which is not a junk vehicle as defined herein.
