§ 94.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER. The Mayor or his or her designee.
   JUNK VEHICLE. Any motor vehicle, as defined herein, which is wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled, inoperative, abandoned, or discarded but does not include motor vehicles or vehicles parked on private property which display current license tags.
   MOTOR VEHICLE. Any vehicle which is self-propelled and designed to travel along the ground or water and the term shall include, but is not limited to, automobiles, boats, buses, motorbikes, motorcycles, motor scooters, trucks, tractors, go-carts, and farm equipment.
   PERSON. Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company, or organization of any kind.
   PRIVATE PROPERTY. Any real property within the town which is not public property.
   PUBLIC PROPERTY. Any real property which is dedicated to the public use which the federal or any state or municipal government or any political subdivision thereof owns or leases or exercises control and dominion over for public purposes.
   VEHICLE. A machine propelled by power, other than human power, designed to travel along the ground by use of wheels, treads, runners, or slides and to transport persons or property or pull machinery and includes, without limitation, automobile, truck, trailer, motorcycle, tractor, buggy, wagon, and farm equipment.
