(A) The Town Board of Trustees shall consist and be composed of five members who shall be nominated and elected at-large.
(B) At the general election on the first Tuesday in April 1989, Trustees from Seats 1, 3, and 5 and the Town Clerk shall be elected for terms of four years; at the general election on the first Tuesday in April 1991, the Trustee from Seats 2 and 4 and Town Treasurer shall be elected for terms of four years.
(C) All Trustees, the Town Clerk, and the Town Treasurer shall be elected for terms of four years.
(D) Pursuant to the State Town Meeting Act, codified at Chapter 105 of the 41st Legislative Session of the State Legislature, the Town Board hereby designates and ordains that its officers shall be elected and initiative and referendum questions shall be decided only through elections conducted by the County Election Board pursuant to 11 O.S. §§ 16-101 et seq.
