(A) The United States Public Health Service’s Food Service Sanitation Ordinance and Code, current edition, is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein.
(B) From the date on which this subchapter shall take effect, the provisions of said code, as herein modified, shall be controlling in the regulation of food service establishments within the corporate limits of the town.
(C) One copy of said code is on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
(D) No fee shall be required for a municipal permit to operate a food service establishment.
