§ 93.32 PROPER DISPOSAL.
   (A)   All human excrement shall be disposed of in closets and privies of the type described in § 93.31.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any owner of property to permit the disposal of human excrement thereon in any other manner or for any person to dispose of human excrement in any other manner.
