§ 93.15 INTRODUCING DISEASES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person affected with or exposed to any contagious or infectious disease to be upon any street or in any public place in the town. The purpose of this provision is to avoid exposing other persons to such a disease.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any parent, guardian, or person having charge of any child or children to allow or permit such child or children to attend any classes, school, or any gathering of people or to appear upon any street or in any public place in the town while infected with or exposed to any contagious or infectious disease or in any manner to allow other persons to be exposed to such a disease.
   (C)   No person suffering from, or infected with, the communicable form of a venereal disease or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) shall engage in any occupation involving food or food products or intimate contact with persons.
