(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 92.01 through 92.06 and 92.20 through 92.24 by doing any act prohibited, declared to be unlawful thereby, or declared to be a nuisance, an offense, or misdemeanor thereby; who fails to do any act required by any such provision; who fails to do any act when such provision declares such failure to be unlawful or to be an offense or misdemeanor; who violates any legal order or regulation made pursuant to these provisions; or who maintains any nuisance, as defined herein, shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine and costs as provided for in § 10.99. Every day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
