(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation who shall fail to do anything required by §§ 91.01 through 91.06 or by any code adopted herein who shall otherwise violate any provision therein or of any code adopted herein or who shall violate any lawful regulation or order made by any of the officers provided for herein shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine and costs as set forth in § 10.99. Each day in which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
