§ 90.05 ANIMALS AS NUISANCE.
   (A)   It shall be a public nuisance for any person to keep any dog or other animal which (by barking, howling, or otherwise) disturbs the peace and quiet of or creates a nuisance for any person(s).
   (B)   It shall also be a public nuisance for any person to keep any dog or other animal which attacks other animals or damages private or public property.
   (C)   Abatement of such public nuisances shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 92.
