§ 76.16 APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The provisions of this subchapter shall also apply to those motor-driven or operated vehicles known as go-carts and other motor vehicles which are manufactured principally for use off the streets and highways.
   (B)   Nothing in this subchapter shall be interpreted as prohibiting farm vehicles from using the streets or highways.
   (C)   All town vehicles are exempt from this subchapter.
