§ 74.21 RECKLESS DRIVING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle within the corporate limits of the town in a careless, negligent, or reckless manner without regard for the safety of persons, property, or the lawful use of the streets; such person shall be guilty of reckless driving.
