§ 74.01 UNAUTHORIZED DRIVERS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person who does not have a valid driver’s license, as required by state law, to operate a motor vehicle within the corporate limits of the town.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to permit an unlicensed driver to operate a motor vehicle within the corporate limits of the town.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to authorize or knowingly permit any vehicle owned by him or her or under his or her control to be driven upon any of the streets or highways of the town by any person who is not authorized under the laws of the state to operate such vehicle.
